Theodore Horst Kraemer, age 92 of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on November 13, 2018. Beloved husband for 67 years of Inge. Loving father of Renate and Bruce (Janet). Opa to Chad (Sue), Mandy (Daryl), Ben (Jenny), Kevin, Kody and Taylor. Great grandfather of Hunter, Meghan, Emma, Abby, Liam, Bryce, Brooklyn and Elyse. Private family services will he held.
