In Loving Memory of Teresa Beato
It is with great sadness that the family of Teresa Beato announce her peaceful passing on May 1, 2018. Born on January 2, 1930, in Bitritto Bari, Italy, Teresa was a devoted wife to the late Domenico. She was the loving mother of Felicia and her husband Tony, and Marianna and her husband Filippo. Teresa was the caring Nonna of Carmine (Kristy), Domenic, Giacomo (Angela), Julia (Jonnie), Arianna (Thomas) and the proud Bisnonna of Ava. She will be greatly missed by her sisters Francesca, Natalina, and Gilda and her brother Saverio (Lucia) and her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Teresa will be remembered fondly as a woman who could often be found in the kitchen, making orecchiette for her family and making sure everyone was well fed. But, most of all, she will be remembered as a remarkably strong woman who wholeheartedly loved her family and friends.
We love you so very much and you will be cherished in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish, 17955 Leslie Street, Newmarket. Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane, Willowdale.
