Shirley M. Dempsey passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB. on Sunday, December 16, 2018.
Born in Conway, PEI, daughter of the late Mark James and Harriett Jane (Bridges) Coughlin.
Shirley is survived by her husband Phil, step-children: Jason, Christine, Shawn, Natasha and Jeannette, siblings: Bob (Janet), Rose Annard, Bill (Geralda), Amelia Perry, Harold (Goldie), Ruth Tuplin, Stanley (Bernadette), Arthur (Jean) , all of PEI, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers and one sister.
Funeral service will be held at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1-2 PM.
