Shirley Matters passed away October 14, 2018 in Vermilion at the age of 78 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Dale (Donna) Matters, Gary (Linda) Matters, Ronald (Shelley) Matters, and Loriann (Mark) Ewashko; grandchildren Aaron (Mariah), Brandi (Steven), Justin, Melissa (Mitch), Samantha, Nicole (Michael), Mathew, Chantelle (Jesse), and Reanne; great grandchildren Shyann, Nikolaas, Jax, Cruz, Makala, and Drake; sister Colleen (Wayne) Gwinn; brothers in law Hugh Fleming and Gene (Cindy) Schreyer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert; parents Lewis and Alma Cropley; and sisters Pearl, Ethel, and Elsie.
At Shirley’s request, no funeral service will be held.
Memorial donations may be made to Friends of Vermilion Health Centre (Palliative Care) or charity of one’s choice.
