CLYKE, Shianna Marlene
– Age 43, Sunnyville Guysborough Co., passed away peacefully
on Monday, April 16, 2018, in St. Martha’s Regional
Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Antigonish she was a daughter of Carl
and Carolyn (Gerro) Clyke.
Shianna worked at Goals for 19 years and was a bright light
and treasured by all. Besides her parents she is survived by her
grandmothers, Christine Clyke, Sunnyville; Katherine Gerro, Monastery;
as well as many aunts and uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by
her brother, Lorne; grandfathers, Aubrey Clyke and Leonard
Gerro.
Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. on Monday and from 2-4 and
7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Grace Baptist Church, Sunnyville and from where
the funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with
Pastors John Jack and Wayne Bray officiating. Burial will follow in
Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough. Memorial donations may be made to
GOALS (Guysborough Options for Adaptive Living Society). Arrangements
are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home,
