Sheila Evalyn Merkley
Peacefully at her home after a lengthy illness. Sheila Merkley (nee Fawcett) of Iroquois at the age of 70. Dearly beloved wife of the late Dale Merkley. Loving mother of Crystal Merkley (Calvin Mayhew) of Iroquois. Predeceased by her parents Daniel Fawcett and Fannie Fawcett (nee Thompson), her brother Robert Fawcett, her infant daughter Barbara, sisters-in-law Leona Fader and Rita O`Connor and brother-in-law Junior Merkley. Also survived by her sisters-in-law Goldie Fawcett, Sue Valliquette (Rene) and Bea Smith. Sadly missed by 2 special children Tracey and Marissa Riddell who loved their grandma “Alecia“. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
There will be no visitation. A private graveside service will be held at the Spruce Haven Cemetery on Monday November 12, 2018. Online condolences may be made at marsdenmclaughlin.com.
