Serge Lambert 2018

Serge Lambert
It is with profound sadness that we share with our family and friends the passing of Serge Lambert on December 24, 2018. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Serge passed away peacefully at 79 years of age with his loving wife by his side. Devoted husband and caregiver to Francine (nee Bouliane) for 50 years. Loving son of the late Robert and Madeleine Lambert. Loving father of Anick, Myriam (Steve), Marie-France and Luc, dearest nephew whom he loved like a son (Nancy; sons Olivier and Eric). Cherished Papi to Benjamin, Lucas and Sarah. Loving brother to Gisèle, Gilles, Nicole, Chantal and Johanne. Caring son-in-law to the late Gaston and Aline Bouliane, and brother-in-law to Roland, Guy, Louise, Andrée, Josée and Denyse. Serge will always be remembered for his devotion to his family, his passion for the Automotive Industry and above-all his love of the French-Canadian culture as well as an unfailing pride of his heritage. We’ll always remember you Papa because they’ll never be another one to replace you in our hearts, and the love we will always have for you. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring staff at the Cancer Centre (WRH) and especially to Dr. Aoun and the extraordinary staff at the palliative care ward at HDGH. If you so desire, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Transition to Betterness would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Thursday January 3rd from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral January 4th at 11:30 a.m. at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841. The family would like express our most heartfelt gratitude to the many friends and family members who supported us over the last few weeks.
