Sandy Hamilton
Hamilton (nee Spencer), Sandra founder owner and operator of Mylar & Loreta’s passed away peacefully on Saturday November 24, 2018 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre at the age of 69 years. Sandy, loving wife of Fred of Glen Huron, proud mother of Amorena (Andy Crickard), Spencer (Jessica) Ridding and stepmother of Julie (Doug), John (Melissa), Jamie (Dana) and Joseph (Christy) Hamilton will be forever loved. She will be cherished always by her grandchildren Rebecca, Carter, Annabelle, Abigail, Austin, Ayden, Emilee, Drew, Ty, Piper, Jayden, Quinn and Ava. Sandy is survived by her father William ‘Bill’ Spencer, sister Cheryle Irwin (Peter Evans) and sister in law Marcia; predeceased by her mother Corinne and brother Ron. Sandy welcomed everyone into her restaurant and home, always with a warm smile and friendly greeting. She will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel on Thursday November 29, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Church of the Redeemer, Duntroon at 11 a.m. on Friday November 30, 2018. In lieu of flowers donations to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Foundation – Simcoe Muskoka Cancer Program would be appreciated.
