Russell Fraser McDougall
It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of our son, brother, and uncle on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Russ was one of the most helpful people around; anyone who asked, he was always there.
He was predeceased by his father Fraser and his grandparents Peter and Adeline. His loss will be mourned by his mother Evelyn, sisters Dianne and Heather, brother Jeff, sister-in-law Robyn, brother-in-law Lindo, nephews Angelo and Michael, and many other family and friends in Scouting and in life.
A service will be held at Howard McBride Chapel of Chimes, 10179 108 St NW, Edmonton on Saturday, November 25, at 2 pm.
Donations in Russell’s name may be made to Scouts Canada at scouts.thankyou4caring.org. Flowers may be sent to Howard McBride Chapel of Chimes on November 25.
