Ruby was the third child born to Clarence and Mary Otto on April 1, 1935 in Brockington, Saskatchewan. Ruby was raised on her family’s farm with three brothers and two sisters. Ruby married Gordon Reid on December 17, 1952 in Melfort, Saskatchewan. They had seven children, five boys and two girls before their separation and divorce. Ruby is survived by two brothers, Richard and Dave (June); her sons Wayne, Garry, Randy (Betty), Ricky and Gordy; her daughters Janice and Lynda; her grandchildren, Daniel, Trisha, Anthony, Jeffery, Michael, Jessica, Kelly, Nicole, Lynnell; many-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Death notice for the town of: Watrous, Province: Saskatchewan
My name is Tina. I am the middle daughter of Ruby’s brother Richard Otto. I remember times when my sister Cindy (who has now passed) and I would spend with our dad. We would get to go and see Aunty Ruby. We would always be greeted with a table full of treats. I’m very sorry that I didn’t get to see you again Aunty Ruby. I will always miss you and your treats 🙂 My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Always in my heart and always on my mind, Love Tina
