At the Foyer Assomption in Rogersville, on Friday November 2nd, 2018, passed away at the age of 96, Rosalie Goguen, wife of David Goguen. Born in Rogersville on November 11, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Belonie ‘Ben’ Bourque and of the late Annie Donell.
She will be missed by four daughters: Jeanne St-Pierre of St-John, Anne-Marie Docherty of Rogersville, Marie Goguen (Bryce Neill) of Hampton and Alice Stoynoff of Peterborough, On.; four sons: Leo of St-John, Eric of Dieppe, Gérald (Coby) and Robert (Cincy) both of St-John; two brothers: Johny and Cloriste; 32 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren, as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by two daughters: Julienne and Bertha; four sons: Jean, François, Albert and Paul-Émile; three sisters: Emilienne, Eveline and Nora as well as five brothers: Gérard, Hypolite, Ernest, Thadée and Benoit.
The family will be receiving visitors at the salon “La Colombe” in Rogersville, on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 at 9:30am. The funeral service will be held at the St-François-de-Sales RC Church in Rogersville, on the same day at 11am.
Visiting hours: Wednesday November 7th from 9:30am until the departure for the funerals.
