Peacefully at the Winchester & District Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Ron Gilmer of Iroquois at the age of 91. Dearly beloved husband of the late Lois Johnstone and dear companion of Ethel Caldwell of Morrisburg. Loving father of Doug (Cathy) and Tracey (Norm) Stewart all of Iroquois. Predeceased by 2 sisters Helen and Velma and by 2 brothers Lloyd and Ted. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Lindsay and Ryan Gilmer and Kaitlyn and Alex Stewart and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Iroquois on Tuesday, from 7-9pm and Wednesday from 12 noon until time of the service. Funeral service at the Funeral Home Wednesday November 28 at 1:30pm. Donations to the Winchester Hospital or the Lung Assoc. would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Spring Interment at South Gower Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at marsdenmclaughlin.com.
