Lakusta, Ron
On October 31, 2018, Ron Lakusta of Sherwood Park, passed away at the age of 77.
He is survived by his loving wife Marlene; sons Wade (Bernie) and Jody (Anne-Marie); daughter Lisa (Dan) Kolba; grandchildren: Natasha, Joel, Samantha, Austin Lakusta, Ryan and Shane Kolba; sister Hyliene Verenka (George Serna); and mother in law Martha Kereluk.
A retired teacher and a talented musician is lost forever. Ron had a passion for the outdoors and was extremely proud of his grandchildren’s achievements.
At Ron’s request, no formal funeral service will be held.
If friends so wish, memorial donations in Ron’s name may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
