Liard, Roland (1941-2018)
The family announces with sorrow his death, peacefully at home surrounded by his family, Monday, January 1st 2018 at the age of 76 years. Son of the late Emmanuel Liard and of the late Aurore (née St. Aubin) Liard. Loving father of Judyanne Liard (Tim) of North Bay, Richard Liard (Rachelle) of Owen Sound, Wilfred Liard (Angèle) and Normand Liard (Candice) both of Field. Roland will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 5 grandchildren Tiffany, Jade, Danika, Wilfred and Mathieu. Also survived by his sisters Elianne Labrosse (late Jacques), Annette Major (late Roland), Jeannine Courchesne (Claude) and Marguerite Major (late Julien) all of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by his brother Gérard and by his sister Rachelle Quenneville. Friends are asked to join the Liard family for the funeral mass to be celebrated Friday, January 5th 2018 at 11 am, in Notre Dame des Victoires Church, Field. Funeral arrangements in care of the Théoret Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls.
