Roberta ‘Bobbie’ (nee Sawyer)
Passed away peacefully at Friendly Manor Nursing Home with her family by her side on Monday, June 25, 2018. Daughter of the late Chester and Cora Sawyer Loving wife of the late Vernon Hill for 58 years. Cherished mom of Micheal ‘Mike’ (Kathy) and Michelle ‘Shelley’. Treasured grandma of Micheal Jr. (Jennie), Samantha (Dylan), Jordan (Kayla), Christopher (Christina), Nicholas (Cathy) and Dylan and great grandpa of Ryan, Emma, Jack, River, Liam, Elliot, Charlotte and Thomas. Survived by her sister Deanna (Ted). Predeceased by her brother Rusty. Bobbie will always be remembered by her many nieces and nephews and her dear friends Bill and Lynn Johnston. Family and Friends will be received at McGlade Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery, TMT. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Tyendinaga Home and Community Care or the Alzheimer’s Society, in memory of Bobbie.
