In loving memory…
Was born on February 26, 1939 and passed away after a lengthy illness on September 27, 2018 with his wife and daughters by his side. Bob is survived by his wife Judy, his daughters Virginia Bergquist-Ollmann and Kristine Bouchard (Ron), his four grandchildren Tyler, Jacob, Céline, and Evan, and his mother and father in law, Eda and Joe Siepi. Bob was born in Connecticut, USA but lived most of his life in the Burlington/Oakville area before retiring from the Ford Motor Company to Port Dover with his wife. Bob also worked for the U.S. Air Force as an airplane technician. He had a black belt in karate, was an avid cyclist, motorcyclist, artist, philosophy enthusiast and an incredible cook. He had a quick wit and loved making people laugh. We will miss his bear hugs and smiling eyes. A visitation will take place on Tuesday October 2, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. at the Dodsworth and Brown Burlington Chapel (2241 New Street, Burlington). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
