Robert Garratt
Garratt, Robert passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Georgian Bay General Hospital on Sunday September 16th in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of 63 years to Shirley Garratt (nee Secord). Loving father of Robert (Shelley), Tim (Michele), Bryan, Bruce (Anna), Gregory (Heather), Patrick (Kelly) and Michael (Crystal). Grandfather of many. Brother of the late Mary-Lou Patenaude (Joe), Barbara Grant (David) and Elizabeth Corrigan (Doug). Son of the late Thomas and Sarah Garratt. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. The family wishes to extended a special thanks to Dr. Woods and his staff and the doctors and nursing staff of Georgian Bay General Hospital. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Ann’s Church on Wednesday September 26th at 10 a.m. Interment, St. Ann’s Cemetery. A Celebration of Life to follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall. If desired, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
