Obituary for Reba Patrick (Hamm)
PATRICK, Reba (nee Hamm)- The family of Reba Patrick announces her passing on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Welland Hospital. She was in her 91st year. She was the wife of the late Michael Patrick (2011); mother of Linda Harding (Jack) of Welland and Wayne Martin (Anne) of Timmins; grandmother to Kevin Harding (Sharon), Barry Harding (Danielle), Lindsay Martin (Darcy Steep) and John Martin and great grandmother to Reid Martin-Steep and Reily Martin-Steep. She was also survived by brother Harold Hamm (Betty) of Port Colborne. She was predeceased by five brothers: Lloyd Hamm, Laverne Hamm, John Hamm, Merle Hamm and Earl Hamm, sister Pearl Stout and parents John and Estel Hamm.
Reba drove for Welland Transit before retiring in 1992. Reba lived the past six years at Wesley Robins Retirement Village where she made several dear friends and where she seemed happiest.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Wesley United Church, 244 First Avenue, Welland on Wednesday, January 10th beginning at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wesley United Church or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
