Raymond Trask Grose
of Alma passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Ruth (Wood) Grose for 65 years. Dear father of Sandra and her husband Steven Eastep, Gordon Grose and his wife Christine and Walter Grose and wife Sharon all of Alma. Grandfather of Neil Eastep, Dale Eastep and his wife Kim, Rick Eastep and Kimberley Eastep; Adam Grose and his wife Eliza, Troy Grose and his wife Aleasha, Kyle Grose and his wife Baillie and Rylan Grose and his wife Samantha; Nicholas Grose and his wife Samantha, Rebecca Grose, Davin Grose and Andrew Grose. Great grandfather of Katie, Caleb, Brynn, Carter, Delainy, Eliana, Abby and Corbin. Brother of Ethel Hornsby, Alma Dunk and Allan Grose and his wife Lloy. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Family, faith and community were important to him. He will be missed but forever remembered in our hearts. Predeceased by four sisters Hazel Bott, Olive Flewwelling, Norma Deagle and Lila Mitchell. To honour Ray’s wishes cremation has taken place.
A memorial Service of Remembrance Celebrating Ray’s Life will be held in the Alma Community Centre, 51 Simpson Street, Alma on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the Heritage Funeral Home, Drayton 519-638-3072.
