Send Sympathy Card
Raymond George Joseph DeBlois, age 50, of Ste. Genevieve formerly of St. Malo passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 after a brief illness at Ste. Anne Hospital, Ste. Anne, MB.
He is survived by his beloved wife and who was by his side, his step-children: Cody, Evelyn Shebagegit, mother Agathe (Lambert), mother-in-law Grace Redsky, sisters-in-law Diane DeBlois, Starla Redsky, Crystal Smith (Gary), brothers-in-law Herman Redsky, Neil (Amanda), Galen Copenace, nephews: Russ (Renata), Rich (Debbie), Joel, Kaileb, Owen, Reid, Damian and Logun.
He was predeceased by his father Rosaire DeBlois, his brother Roger DeBlois, more recently father-in-law Cecil Redsky, numerous aunts, uncles and grandparents.
Ray was a proud member and loved his profession with Local Union 254 for 20 years, where his plumbing took him to NWT Kelsey Dam, Koch, Deacons Water Treatment plant and helped build True North Arena, to name a few.
Ray was an avid fisherman. If you would give him enough time he’d have his ugly stick in the water. And all his nephews meant so much to him. And more recently, loved riding his cherished Wildcat. “Let’s ride baby, let’s make some tracks”, he’d always say!
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ste. Genevieve Community Hall, 50146 Municipal Rd 41E, Ste. Genevieve, MB R5J 0B9.
If friends so desire, donations in memory of Ray may be made to Steinbach Bethesda Cancer Care, 316 Henry St., Steinbach, MB R5G 0P9.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Raymond DeBlois June 24 1968 August 16 2018..
