Upper Sackville, N.S.
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, Randall “Randy” Boyd Fowler at age 59.
Randy was born on December 24, 1958, to Kendall and Mattie (Densmore) Fowler. His work career included time as a Mill Wright at Ledwedge Lumber in Enfield before he moved to Sackville Concrete, where he worked until he retired in 2011. Randy was passionate about many things in his life, but first and foremost was spending time with his family and friends. Randy often enjoyed spending time with his new granddaughter, Kendall, who gave him the name “Gandad;” a name he wore with pride. He also enjoyed travelling and long drives on his motor bike as well as spending time in his garage. The love for the woods and outdoors was always in his heart as he enjoyed hunting at the camp, fishing and snowmobiling.
Randy will be sadly missed by his wife of 35 years, Sylvia (Hefler); his children, Ashley (Justin) Pye, Windsor and Ryan,
(at home); granddaughter Kendall Pye; his mother Mattie and step father Eric Boyd, Bedford; sisters, Annette Falconer (Roy), Bedford, Kimberly (Tim) Burns, Upper Kennetcook, and Paula (Randy) MacPhee, Gore; extended family, Bonnie (Lewis)
