Peter Sean Eligh
Passed away suddenly at his residence on Friday, October 26, 2018. Peter Sean Eligh, at the age of 61 years. Beloved husband of Wendy (Griese) Eligh. Dear step-father of Sarah Saarela and Melissa Cross. Remembered by his siblings, Kathryn Harris (George), Jane Carty (Dave), Michael Eligh (Carol), Brenda Craig (Donald), and Deborah Eligh (Gordon Tarrant); his sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda Cadieux (Dennis) and Bill Griese (Barbara); and his aunt, Claire Bradley. Will be missed by his step-grandchildren, Shae, Ryley, Aspen, Grace, and Adrian; as well as by many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Peter was predeceased by his parents, Ruth (Bradley) and Harry Eligh; his mother and father-in-law, Marie and Clifford Griese; and his brother-in-law, Don Griese.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Peter’s life on his birthday, Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland. A service will be held at 6 pm in the chapel followed by a celebration in the reception centre. Please, dress casually (plaid and denim preferred).
