It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Peter Joseph Sokalski of St. Albert, AB on August 30, 2018 at the age of 94 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by sons: Jamie Bater, Peter (Joni), Joseph (Jenny); daughters: Jane (John) Turnell, Valerie (Scott) Vale, Sandra (Duff) Jamison; grandchildren: Tim, Tara (Paul), Paige, Cory (Charla), Evan (Jenna), Ellery (Dallas), Brandon, Josiah, Jacob, Jonah and Jenevieve; great-grandchildren: Avery, Justin, Drew, Gage, Ryan, Cash, Lukas, Jordy and Joel; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by brothers: Stanley (Nellie), Paul, Mike (Doris); sisters: Antonia (Steve), Rose (Dick), Pearl (George), Jennie (Fred), Mary, Teresa (Rusty); and his parents: Josef and Annie.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Peter’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, www.heartandstroke.ca
