Pauline (Boyd) McIntyre
1965-2017
Pauline (Boyd) McIntyre passed away peacefully in North Bay, Ontario
on November 19, 2017. She spent her childhood in Johnville NB, a small
Irish
settlement.
It was there that she was nurtured by her family, extended family, and
her community. Pauline would eventually settle in Oakville, ON where
she met her husband Rob. Her circle of friends and family expanded.
She passed on the importance of family and community to her own
children Emily and Ethan by making countless trips back to Johnville
especially during the summer. Pauline was quick to help those in
need. On many occasions she offered her home, a meal, or a listening
ear. Her nieces and nephews were also a huge part of her life and she
made it a priority to stay in touch. Pauline was grateful for each day
she was able to spend with those she loved. Her spirit touched
everyone she met during her life. She was and continues to remain a
beautiful soul.
She leaves behind Rob her husband of 27 years; her children Emily
(Zach) and Ethan; her mother Cecelia Boyd; her brothers Robert Boyd
and Michael Boyd (Jackie) and her sister Jackie Brennan (Paul); as
well as nephews Ben Brennan (Emily), Lucas and Jared Boyd; nieces
Leslie and Ellen Boyd; Alice (Rick) and Mollie Brennan; brothers in
law James, John and David McIntyre.
She was predeceased by her father Arnold and brother Stephen; father
and mother in law Daniel and Sheila McIntyre.
A mass of Christian Burial officiated by Fr. Daniel Melanson and Fr.
Anthony Ekpe will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, June 9th, 2018 at St.
John the Evangelist Church, Johnville NB with a reception to follow.
The interment will be in the Johnville Cemetery. In respecting
Pauline’s wishes, in lieu of flowers and donations all are encouraged
to become Organ Donor’s as she had been.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Pauline Boyd McIntyre 19652017.source
