Obituary of Patrick Lundy
LUNDY, Patrick Edward Lorne
March 15, 1952 – June 16, 2018
Pat passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Predeceased by Mom and Dad (Lorne and Anne), and younger brother Hugh; Pat leaves his loving wife Debbie (née Schier); father-in-law Wally; brothers-in-law, Barry (Rae), and Dale (Liz); brother Bob (Colleen); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. As a younger man, Pat was an avid athlete participating in many sports, particularly baseball which he played both locally and in sports days and tournaments around the province. Pat became a Registered Nurse and spent the majority of his career working in the Cardiac Cath. Lab at the old Plains Health Centre and the General Hospital. Pat loved hard rock, the louder the better. His favorites were Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton. Over the years he became a self-taught guitar player and would often spend hours with his various guitars, playing what he thought of as music. A Celebration of Pat’s Life will take place at Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina SK on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Pat’s memory, to a charity of your choice.
