LEAVITT, Patricia “Pat” Bridget
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Monday, October 1, 2018 at the age of 86. Loving Wife of 65 years to the late Mack. Cherished Mom to Steve (Cyndie), Debbie (Rob) Trickett, and Gail Harder (Swen). Proud Grandma of MacKay (Meghan), Michael , Jordan (Amanda), Corry (Mallory), Meghan (Dan), and Sean (Patrycja). Great grandmother to Natalie, Dayton , Harlan, Lily, Bodhi and Teagan. She will also be fondly missed by her Sisters Terry (the late Chubby), Maureen (Don) and Sandra (Brian), many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Francis and Evelyn Rafters, sister Dolly (Gerry) and brother Richard (Pierrette). Pat was a long time member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and was the New England Patriots’ #1 Fan. In keeping with Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME , 585 Carlton St. , St. Catharines on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Star of the Sea Church, 34 Elgin St., St. Catharines, on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11a.m. Inurnment will follow the service at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery, Lakeshore Rd., NOTL. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Canada or the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
