Obituary of Patricia (Pat) Pegg
December 17, 1941 – October 25, 2018
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia (Pat) Pegg on October 25, 2018 at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital at the age of 76.
Pat was born in the Bentley Hospital, Bentley, Alberta, on December 17, 1941 and grew up in the Bentley area where she attended school and later the Olds School of Agriculture.
Pat and her husband Dennis were married in Spirit River, AB on January 2, 1965. Pat loved sewing, dancing, her family and the odd Pilsner.
She is survived by husband, Dennis; her daughter Dixie (Steve) Hannan and their 3 sons, Tavis, Braydon and Colton; her son Darin (Shaunesy) and their daughters, Aubree and Preslee. She is also survived by her two sisters Marlene Steinke and Dian Sedore of Grande Prairie and many other cousins and family members.
Pat was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Ileen Nelson, her sister Gloria and brother Delbert.
A Celebration of Life for Pat will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 2pm at the Golden Age Center, 10222 101 Avenue, Grande Prairie.
