Obituary of Patricia ‘Pat’ Man
Pat passed away peacefully at home on December 6, 2018, surrounded by family, at the golden age of 91. We rejoice knowing that she is out of pain and with her Saviour Jesus Christ in Heaven. Pat was an extraordinary woman, a fantastic wife, devoted mother of 3 sons, and loyal friend to all who knew her. Pat will be lovingly remembered by the love of her life for over 69 years, Michael O. Man, her three proud sons Tony, Trevor and Timothy and their wives, Dianne, Colleen and Christine, nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, her sister Elizabeth Ellis, and countless friends. Heartfelt thanks from the family to thoughtful Selya and the other compassionate caregivers from LHIN, Sunnybrook Hospital, and North York General Hospital, who provided such tender loving care to her over the last two plus years. Her Funeral Celebration of Life, followed by a reception, will be held at R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Saturday, December 15 at 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Bible Society or the Arthritis Society.
