JESS, Norman – After days of love and laughter spent with his family, Norman Jess went to be with his Saviour Jesus Christ at Kelowna General Hospital on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018. Norman is survived by his loving wife Stella, his four daughters Sheryl (Dale Shaw), Elaine (Greg Olson), Caren (Mark Duyns) and Tammy (Clint Mercer), his grand children Jaime (Ryan), Jared (Kirby), Joshua (Kara), Abigail, Brittany (Jordan), Jenessa, Madison, Mackenzie, Brookelyn and Jesse and great grand children Isaac,… Read More » Kingston, Cruz, Taylor, Cadee, Avery, Stella, Dawson and Burkley as well as many more extended family members, dear friends and neighbors. Predeceased by his parents Julius and Martha, sister Irma Mantai and brother Paul. Norman had a hard working, fun loving, adventurous and very generous spirit. His family and friends were always blessed by his ingenuity, creativity and ability to make things happen. He loved to buy and sell and was the proud owner of 73 vehicles. A celebration of life for Norman Jess will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 6 at Lakeview Heights Baptist Church, 2630 Alhambra Dr in West Kelowna. Visitation will be at the church between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family will be placing a memorial bench on the Okanagan Lake waterfront walkway.
