CINDRIC, Nikola
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Nikola, on December 3, 2018 at the age of 70. Marija (nee Baric), was the mother of his three children, Gordana (Darrell), Goran and Christopher (Maribeth). Nikola was the step-grandfather (“Turtle-Buddy”) to Kaitlyn and Jami Nantais. Dear brother to Milka (Nikola) Mocan. Cherished Ujko “Uncle” to Mark, Ivan and Nick (Crystal) Mocan. Also survived by sisters Ruza, Mira, Nevenka, and their families in Germany. Predeceased by parents Pero and Manda Cindric, and brother, Mile Cindric. Nikola was a retired employee of Chrysler Canada with over 30 dedicated years of service and was a member of CAW Local 444. Nikola emigrated from Croatia to create a better life for his family. His unwavering work ethic of hard and seemingly endless hours of work provided his children the opportunity to obtain better lives. He was known to many to be a handyman, who was always ready to lend a helping hand to family, friends and his co-workers. Nikola had a passionate and generous heart when it came to wildlife, where he could be found feeding birds, squirrels and skunks in his beloved backyard. A true sports fan to the word, Nikola was an avid soccer fan. He was known to frequent and enjoy many soccer games in the local community. Aside from soccer, Nikola also enjoyed rooting for his favourite hockey team, the Toronto Maple Leafs. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd.
