Obituary for Nicholas “Nick” Zacharuk
It is with saddened hearts that the family of Nicholas “Nick” Zacharuk announces his passing in St. Paul at the age of 93 years.
Nick is lovingly survived by his wife of 60 years: Mary of St. Paul; two daughters: Patricia (Blake) Martin of Edmonton, Donna (Darrell) Yarmuch of Edmonton; seven grandchildren: Zachary Martin, Hannah Martin, Eric Martin, Kristy (Fraser) Callin, Nikki (Terry) Kachmarchyk, Julie Yarmuch (Cory Cooper), Alicia Yarmuch (Jordan Brotzel); six great grandchildren: Haedyn, Taylor, Nikolai, Hailey, Alexa, Gabriel; brother: Peter Zacharuk of Edmonton; sister: Pauline Johnston of Armstrong, BC.
Nick was predeceased by his parents: Harry & Anna Zacharuk; four brothers: Mike, Fred, Tony, Paul; two sisters: Mary Saskiw, Helen Hall-Maheden; and three sisters at birth: Annie, Rosie, Julia.
Funeral Service, Friday, February 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Lac Bellevue Hall, St. Paul with Pastor Kelly Sibley officiating. Final resting place, St. Michael’s Cemetery, Myrnam.
