Neil Thomas Rouleau age 70 years of Cole Harbour passed away suddenly at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax on March 21, 2018. Born in Toronto he was a son of the late Gaston & Betty (Cave) Rouleau. Neil served his country as a member of the Royal Canadian Navy retiring a Petty Officer 1st. class. He is survived by his wife the former Linda Lilly, son Iann and wife Deidre, He was predeceased by his daughter Neila. Complete obituary and time of service will be posted when finalized.
