With much sadness and many happy memories, Nancy Coulton Lancaster (nee McDermid) has passed from our world, age 93. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward (Ned) Lancaster. She will be sadly missed by her four children; Wendy Carmody (Padraic) of Portage Michigan, Pamela Winkler (Jack) of London, Jeffrey Lancaster (Sandy) of Toronto and Stephen Lancaster (Jacqueline) of Niagara-on-the-Lake and her much loved grandchildren; Melissa, Todd, Beth, Sean, Christopher, Andrew, Laura, Nicholas, Nicole, Michael and Ryan and her ten wonderful great grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Molly Holmes and her sister-in-law Eleanor Lancaster. The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Sunday, December 30th from 3-6pm. A Celebration of Nancy’s life will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 31st at 12pm. Private family interment in At. Andrew’s Cemetery, Grimsby. If so desired, donation made to the charity of your choice in Nancy’s memory would be appreciated by her family.
