MYRTLE DOOLEY
January 26,2018 to February 26, 2018
On February 26, 2018 Myrtle Dooley of Westlock passed away after a 2+ year fight with leukemia at the age of 85 years.
She is survived by her companion and best friend, Allen Young; her children, Keith of Grande Prairie, Marian (Robert) St. Louis of Athabasca, Adrian (Ingrid) of Westlock, and Paul (Grit) of Wildwood; her grandchildren, Lucas Dooley, Calvin (Corrine) St. Louis, Kaitlin and Karl Dooley, her great grandchildren Jack and Bear St. Louis; and her special niece Justine Dooley of Victoria B.C.
She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Dooley and her grandson Jordan St. Louis.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Westlock Healthcare Center for the care and compassion shown to Myrtle in her final months.
At Myrtle’s request, no formal service will be held, cremation has taken place and a family burial will be held at a later date.
We were very blessed by this wonderful woman who was a great mother, grandmother, friend, neighbor and community volunteer. She truly will be missed.
