Peacefully at Providence Manor, Kingston on Sunday April 29, 2018. Myrtle Landon of Seeley’s Bay, in her 89th year. Widow of Robert Simpson. Dear mother of James, Kathryn Goodeve and Albert (Mary) all of Kingston, Burton of Seeley’s Bay, Richard (Marilyn) of Ennismore, Brian (Cindy) of Amherstview and Nancy Smith of White Rock, B.C. Predeceased by brothers; Eric and Calvin Landon. Fondly remembered by grandchildren; Angela, Eugene, Brent (Kim), Neil (Robin), Ryan (Stephanie), Jenna (Anson) , Brandi (Justin), Ashley (Phil), Brendan (Courtney) and Pierce (Melissa) as well as 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service in Seeley’s Bay United Church on Friday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment Olivet Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to Seeley Bay United Church or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
