Obituary of Murray Mifflin
A resident of Chatham, Murray passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Friday, January 12, 2018 in his 82nd year.
Murray was the son of the late Burwell & Anna Mifflin.
Beloved husband of the late Doreen Mifflin (2015).
Loving father of Todd Mifflin (Annette), the late Terry Mifflin (Natalie Skelton), & Tammy Kellam (Randy).
Papa of Josh, Megan, Brandon, Barrett, Ryan, Joel, Luke & Madison.
Great-Papa of 16.
Brother of Clayton Mifflin, Donald Mifflin, Chere McFadden & the late Clair Mifflin.
Missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family. He will especially be missed by his many coffee & golf buddies.
Murray retired from Chatham Hydro after over 30 years of service. He was an avid Leafs fan, loved to golf, taking walks at the Health Plex & spending time with his family.
The Mifflin family will receive friends on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A Private Family Interment will take place in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Murray may be made to the Gregory Drive Alliance Church or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
