Mme Margaret Genovesi Feehan 1927

Mme Margaret Genovesi Feehan 1927 • 2018

It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of our mother Margaret Genovesi the wife of the late Eamon Feehan on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Lakeshore General Hospital, she was 90 years old.
Margaret is survived by her four children; Tom (June), Dan (Karen), Sean (Sherilyn) and Tracy (Steve), her grandchildren Kevin, Kelly, Kristy, Shauna and Zachary and her great-grandchildren Sophia, Katia and Grayson.
Margaret was the eldest of nine children and worked briefly in the 1940’s at Lowney’s chocolate factory where she met and married her husband of sixty one years, Eamon Feehan. Being of Italian decent, Margaret’s first and foremost priority was feeding and caring for her family. Her weekly batches of spaghetti sauce and meatballs was coveted by all of those who were lucky enough to taste it.
In her final years she was overjoyed by the regular play dates with her great grandchildren.
Ma, Mammie, Memere, Granny, Mom you will be truly missed.
The family would like to thank the healthcare providers of the ICU department at Lakeshore General Hospital for the professional and compassionate care of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
