Michele Corbacio
April 1, 1927 – December 25, 2018
After a lengthy illness, Michele Corbacio has quietly entered into eternal life.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Concetta.
He is predeceased by his son, Giacomo.
He leaves behind his daughter-in-law Cathy, daughter Mary, son-in-law Mike and grandchildren, Michael, Catharine, John, David, Adam and his sister, Maria.
He is predeceased by his parents, Giacomo and Maria Corbacio, sister Porzia Dragone, Antoinette and her husband Umberto Cazzorla, brother Dino Corbacio, his in-laws Eugenio and Feltra Voce, aunt Elisabetta Voce, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lidia and Domenico Giangregorio.

Michele and Concetta ran a successful Italian restaurant, Abruzzo’s, for many years in Hamilton. It gave them the opportunity to meet many people and make lifelong friendships. The family would like to thank Zuzana Panek
and her staff at Best Care Agency Ltd. and Dr. Matteo Castelluzzo for the kind care they extended Michele during his declining years and supporting his desire to live at home.
Friends may call at Friscolanti Funeral Home , 43 Barton St. E., Hamilton on Sunday, December 30 from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Prayer Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at All Souls Catholic Church, 19 Barton St. W., Hamilton on Monday, December 31 at 10 a.m. followed by Committal at Bayview Cemetery & Mausoleum, 740 Spring Gardens Rd., Burlington.
