Obituary of Melvin Greb
GREB: Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall, on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, Melvin Lloyd Greb of Exeter formerly of RR 2, Dashwood, age 94. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Ruth Elizabeth (Keller) Greb (2014). Loved father and father-in-law of Pauline and Wayne Morris of Kitchener, Paul Edward and Mary Ellen Greb of Tillsonburg, Ellen Green and Dave of Exeter. Cherished grandpa of Sabrina (Jeff), Aaron (Krystle), Hillary (Dane), Bridget (Noah), Paul (Leah), John, Lindsey (Wayne), Shannon and Jared and great-grandpa of Johnny, Lillian, Noah, Michael, Charllotte, Claire, Jonah, Allan, Ruth, Everett, Roman and Zachary. Dear brother-in-law of Dana Greb-Lyne, Keith Keller, Elgin (Mabel) Keller, Gloria Learn, Karl (Marg) Keller, Earl (Kathyrn) Keller, Marlene (Roland) Gibson, Murray (Pat) Keller, Roger (Barb) Keller, George (Elaine) Keller, Shirley Keller, Bev (Norma) Lindenfield. Predeceased by his parents John and Amy (Otterbein) Greb, brothers Wesley, Ervin, Leonard, Edward, Harry, and Gordon, sisters Lily and Lucy, brothers-in-law Ken Keller and Max Learn, sisters-in-law Margery Lindenfield and Joyce Keller. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation on Monday, August 13, 2018, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Interment St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Zurich. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the Scleroderma Society of Canada, Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
