Van Schaik, Matthew “Matt”:
It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Matt on Sunday, October 28th, 2018 at the age of 31.
Loving son of Paul and Susan.
Cherished brother of Christine.
Will be greatly missed by his extended family.
Matt’s family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 1st, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, followed by a Celebration of Life in the chapel at 6:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
