McGrath, Mary M , (1941 – 2018) Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Center on Sunday, April 15, 2018, Mary M. McGrath (nee Leonard) age 76 years of Dunville, NL. Predeceased by her loving husband Michael (2008), son Nicholas (1973), parents Anthony and Bridget Leonard,brother Patrick Leonard sister Frances Pendergast, father in law John McGrath and mother in law Bridget McGrath, brother in laws Vincent McGrath, Richard McGrath, Bernard McGrath, Dave Hickey, Jack Mulrooney. She leaves to mourn her loving children Tony (Donna), Michele, Paulette (Greg), Jackie and Sharon (David), grandchildren Michael, Courtney(Andre), Nicholas, Cassandra, Jessica, Kirkland and Gabrielle and great grandson Michael, sisters Bridget (Gordon)Traverse, Ida Hickey, Judy Mulrooney, brother Jack (Clara) Leonard, brother in laws Ed McGrath and Ambrose McGrath (Mary Ennis), special friends Lol Dray, Mary Barry, Theresa Kerrivan, Linda Miller and Ed Kerrivan, also a large circle of bingo and dart buddies as well as the Fire Department Ladies Auxillary. We would also like to say a special thank you to Dr. Power and the nurses and staff of the Placentia Health Care Center who took wonderful care of our mom. We will be forever grateful. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placenita, visitation will take place on Monday from 7:00 – 9:00, Tuesday from 2:00 – 9:00 ,Wednesday beginning at 10:00 a.m., Funeral Mass to take place at St. Anne’s Church, Dunville on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Dunville.
