DUNN, Mary Barbara
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 24th, 2018. Predeceased by her first husband Thomas (1997). Beloved wife of Neal Beemer. Loving mother to Christal Thomas (Christopher), Thomas Edward “Ted” (Susan), Diane Major (Harold), and Michele Benvenuto (Guido). Dear step-mother of Brad and Patti Beemer, and Mari-Jo and Dave Zuefle. Cherished grandmother of Melanie, Pamela (Jim), Nathan, Shawn, Amanda (Josh), John (Jodi), Bobbie-Lynn, Adam and Samantha (Keenan), Brandon, Mitchell (1995), and Spencer. Cherished step-grandmother of Matthew, Grace, and Katie-Lynn. Proud great-grandmother to fifteen.
Predeceased by her siblings Frank, Elizabeth, Anne, Joseph, Johanna (survived by Michael), and Freda. Mary will be fondly remembered by the Dunn Family and Beemer Family.
Mary retired from General Chemical, volunteered at Richmond Terrace and with Girl Guides and Brownies for 30 years. Mary was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary #2110 KofC and volunteered as a Baptismal Helper and Organizer. Special thank you to the Staff on the 5th floor at MET.
Visiting will take place at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg
(519-736-2134) on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers at 8 p.m. Visitation at St. John the Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Church Improvement Fund, and Hospice.
