Obituary of Marion Hoath
HOATH, Marion peacefully with family by her side at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton on Sunday evening April 22, 2018. Marion Hoath of Wiarton in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Hoath (1995). Cherished mother of Stan and his wife Ruth of Wiarton, Eleanor Hoath of Wiarton and Robert and his wife Shirley of London and mother-in-law of Loraine Hoath of Belmont. Loved grandmother of Robert (Cindi), Pam (Mark) and Wanda and great grandmother of Brittany, Madison, Sawyer, Mitchell, Parker, Abigail and Avery. Dear sister-in-law of Mary Fowlie of Guelph and Inez Byers of Kitchener. Missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Annie (Tuffnell) (1984) and Alexander Fowlie (1925), son Carman (2014), sisters Ethel Collins (1977) and Leona Greig (2017) and brother Alexander ‘Sandy’ Fowlie (2012), daughter-in-law Joan (1977), son-in-law Nelson Schroeder (2006) and granddaughter Sandra (1991). Friends may call at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Interment Eastnor Cemetery, Lion’s Head. Expressions of remembrance to Frank Street Baptist Church, Bruce Peninsula Health Services or Friends of Gateway would be appreciated.
