Obituary for
Marilyn Nichols
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn Nichols on June 28, 2018 at the age of 78 years. She was a generous and kind spirit. For such a tiny person she had a big personality. Marilyn was a very active volunteer with various service organizations and had a knack for running large events. She was also very involved in the International Order of Odd Fellows and Rebeccas and the Edmonton Gyrettes.
She will forever be remembered by her loving husband, Dick; daughter, Janice (Randy) Molofy and children, Anders, Brock and Samantha; son, Cameron (Shauna) Nichols and children, Connor and Brett. Predeceased by parents, Mac and Betty; and niece, Sheryl.
Thank you to the staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital ICU for their outstanding care and compassion.
Memorial Service Thursday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ICU at the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation, 10240 Kingsway Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5H 3V9.
