Obituary of Marie Eden
EDEN- Marie Josephine (nee Byrne) of Port Colborne passed away at the Welland County General Hospital on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Eden (2009). Loving mother of Jim (Joanne) Eden and the late Randy (Janice) Eden, dear grandmother of Jennifer (Steve) Moore, Brian (Alyson) Eden, Bradley Eden (Jessica) and Lyndsay Eden (Jake), great grandmother of Sam, Stella, Hutchin, Harlin, Tatum, Zoey and Nathan, sister of Marion Aselstine. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and son, she was predeceased by her parents Martin Byrne and Vera McPherson. Marie enjoyed going to the Casino, playing poker and loved her scratch lottery tickets. She enjoyed her trips to Florida every year with Wilf. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
