It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria DiNardo at the age of 55 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She died peacefully surrounded by her family at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on December 22nd 2018. Beloved wife of Carlo DiNardo for 34 years. Loving mother of Anthony DiNardo (Alexandria). Daughter of the late Vittoria & the late Michael Anselmini and daughter-in-law of Dina and the late Antonio DiNardo. Dear sister to Cathy Bowmaster (Daniel), Artillio Anselmini (Diane), Nata Scott (David), Paul Anselmini (Laura), George Anselmini (Linda), Lina Gustavsen (Eric) and sister-in-law of Delfina Forchetti (Frank). Maria will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, and friends. A special thank you to Carol Nelson for all her love and support.
Maria is now resting with her mom and dad. Maria had a passion for gardening, hairstyling, and baking. Her personality, laughter, and positive outlook on life was admirable. She will live forever in our hearts.
A special thank you to Juravinski Hospital and the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their care and compassion. Visitation at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home- “William J. Markey Chapel”, 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday, December 27th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Parish at Corpus Christi Site, 1694 Upper James Street, Hamilton on Friday, December 28th at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Ancaster. For those who wish, memorial donations made to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be appreciated.
