SELLERS, Margaret Maud ~ age 89 of Middleton, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Middleton, surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgetown, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Blanche (Sabean) Milbury. In her younger years, Margaret worked as a waitress at Eisner’s Restaurant and the Shaker Restaurant. She loved camping, cards and board games and was an avid bingo player. Margaret loved her family dearly, especially all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Debbie (Irvin) Spurr, Brickton; Darlene (Philip) Nejrup, Brickton; sons Chuck (Nicky) Baker, Lawrencetown; Mike (Susan) Baker, Wilmot and Tony Baker, Kingston; sisters, Barbara, Dorothy, Grace, Ann and Bertha; grandchildren Jeffery Spurr, Tina Burgess, Donald Baker, Gary Baker, Dylan Baker, Ricky Nejrup, Robby Nejrup, Becky Nejrup, Victoria Nejrup, Logan Baker, Rachel Baker, Terri Hulan, Christine Hatfield, Ronnie MacLean and Larry Baker; numerous great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her first husband Donald Baker; her second husband Prescott Sellers; daughter Linda Durling; son Larry Baker; sisters Mary “Madeline”, Elizabeth “Betty”, Myrtle “Myrt”, Evangeline “Vangie” and Flora; brothers John, Warren and Robert. A visitation will be held 6-8 PM, Wednesday, June 20th in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St. (902) 825-3448 from where a funeral service will be held at 3 PM Thursday, June 21st with Rev. Patty Beals officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Interment will be in Nictaux Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
