Margaret Helen Meadows
Peacefully on Thursday February 1, 2018 at St. Hildas Towers in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernie Meadows for 73 years. Loving mother of Mary Slate (the late Ken) and Betty Garlick (Don). Cherished grandmother of Kelly (Greg). Craig (Sarah), Curtis (Stacy) and great grandmother of Abbey, Lauren, Brooke, Lily and Ethan. Survived by sister Shirley and brother Jim (Ruth). She was a long time member of Fairbank United Church and will be missed by many long time friends. Special thanks to all the staff at St. Hildas for their loving care and concern. Friends may be recieved at the “EGLINTON CHAPEL” of the “MCDOUGALL & BROWN FUNERAL HOMES” (1812 Eglinton Avenue West at Dufferin Street) on Wednesday February 7, 2018 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Due to Construction, Access to Parking done through Livingstone Avenue) . Service to follow at the Funeral Home Chapel at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
