Margaret Audrey McIntosh (nee Colbourne) of Maxville, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Maxville Manor at the age of 96 years. Beloved wife to the late Donald Campbell McIntosh (2016). Dear mother to Donrey McIntosh (Bob Mielke) of Peterborough, Dallas (Janice), the late Garry and mother-in-law to Audrey MacQueen of Maxville. Loving grandmother to James McIntosh (Jennifer), Jason McIntosh, Miranda Deyell (Adrian), Shawna Maxwell (Kevan) and Shannan Campolongo (Brian). Proud great-grandmother to Connor, Caitlyn, Leah, Tyler, Maeve, Nora, Parker and Grayson. Predeceased by her parents James Colbourne and Rita Grant; and by her three brothers, George (Eileen), Donnie (Thelma) and infant Irwin. In keeping with Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place with interment in the Maxville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Maxville Manor Foundation or to the Maxville United Church would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Audrey a tree will be planted in a memory woods. A tree grows – memories live.
