Margaret Ann Wylie Maiden Hoysted of Edmonton Alberta Feb 17 2018

With great sadness we announce that Maggie Wylie of Edmonton, AB, passed away due to complications from Cancer on February 17, 2018 at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.
Maggie was a spitfire, full of life, love and willing to give to anyone who needed her. Maggie worked tirelessly and gave her all to everything she did, including hosting family and friends with flair, her career with Health Canada, her role as mom and Nana, volunteering for a host of charities and causes and of course rollerblading.
Maggie is survived by her husband Wayne; daughter Kelley (Abe); grandchildren Mikael, Maya, and Aaliyah; brother John (Susan); sisters Lydia (Paul) and Karen (Ted); sister-in-law Lois; mother-in-law Yvette; sister-in-law Marleen (Richard) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Maggie was predeceased by her, son Michael; parents Daniel and Mary; brother Peter and sister-in-law Judy.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at St. Thomas More Catholic Chruch, 210 Haddow Close NW, Edmonton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the Mass.
In lieu of Floral Tributes, memorials may be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton, AB – a charity Maggie was passionate about.
